Architekton Ltd (ATL) was incorporated on 22nd July 2014 for the purpose of providing services to the built environment, including sectors such as building, infrastructure, oil & gas (both onshore and offshore), downstream energy, and real estate development. Services provided include Project Administration, Project Management, Construction Management and Construction.

Architekton Ltd is a process-oriented organization which recognizes the importance of developing and building operations culture based on its core values of integrity and fairness.

Since inception, Architekton Ltd has been providing project management and construction management services. Based on its network of experienced construction staff (both in-house and external) and subcontractors, we have taken a decision to develop our offering of providing direct construction services.


We provide construction management expertise to Developers, Contractors, Design-Build teams and Construction companies.


Our people, whether full time employees or consultants, are fully committed to the philosophy and objectives of Architekton. Our philosophy is the foundation of all of our activities whether internal or external and is captured in what we refer to as the “QUALITY WHEEL”

Mr. Shaun Taitt is the Founder and Managing Director of ArchiTekton Ltd. He has over 30 years’ experience working with a major international contractor. His experience covers building, civil, marine and the oil and gas sectors (both onshore and offshore). Projects include the 25 storey Board of Inland Revenue Tower, P.O.S.; the National Library, P.O.S.; the Government Ministerial Complex, Grenada; the bpTT Quality of Life Helideck on its Immortelle Platform and the bpTT Terminal Fire Water Project at its Galeota Terminal.
Edgar Boisson

Edgar is a commercial manager with 20 years’ experience working with a major international company in the construction industry. He has spearheaded the implementation and management of all commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion, including contract administration, cost control and forecasting, client negotiations and compliance with legal and statutory requirements. Edgar has significant experience in the building sector as well as in the oil and gas sector where he has both onshore and offshore experience.
Benny Yip

Benny Yip is our Lead Project Engineer with over 15 years’ experience. He has played significant roles in engineering projects across the manufacturing and oil and gas sectors and more recently has been involved in overseeing construction projects on behalf of project owners. He holds a MBA (Manchester, UK) in Engineering Business Management. He is bilingual, analytical, and a strong cross-functional team-player.

Tamara is a versatile project manager with 13 years’ experience. She has worked for a major international contractor as well for a special purpose state owned company where she played a significant management / technical role in the development and implementation of numerous school construction programmes. Tamara is strong on process and the use of technology in improving project effectiveness.
